“Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow, turn this stupid, fat rat yellow!” - Ron Weasley, ‘Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone’

Butter has been appreciated for thousands of years for its great taste.

Made from from fresh milk and with no artificial additives, it contains some of the vitamins needed to build strong healthy bodies. Vitamins A, D and E are essential in the development of healthy eyes, bones and skin and also help us absorb the other nutrients we need from our food.

And even with modern rapidly changing fashions in diets, one thing is still widely accepted: everybody needs to eat some fat. Recent British Government estimates suggest that up to 30% of a person’s daily dietary intake should be fat, with saturated fat – the sort of fats found in butter – contributing a third of that total.
