yellow pepper, sliced
100g (4oz) sunblush tomatoes
75g (3oz) black olives
Method

Preheat oven to gas 6 /200C/400F.

Spread the butter with crushed
Garlic onto the french bread slices and bake
in the oven for 5 minutes, top with the peppers,
tomatoes and olives and return to the oven for
a further 2-3 minutes to warm the topping through.
